Our experienced teachers guide you on a profound journey physically, energetically, and psychologically. We aim to help you relax and discover your unique style, teacher, and practice. Traditional Hatha Sun Salutation This fundamental Hatha sequence, practiced facing the rising or setting sun, involves standing, forward bending, backward bending, and balancing poses, coordinated with breath awareness. It builds heat, energy, flexibility, and strength. Traditional Hatha Vinyasa Combining Hatha's static poses and breathwork with Vinyasa's dynamic flow, this practice harmonizes the body, mind, and breath. It offers a balanced practice for strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Gentle Flow A blend of physical asanas, meditation, and breathwork, Gentle Flow promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Suitable for all levels, it combines flow with longer-held restorative/yin poses. Ashtanga Vinyasa A dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizing breath with movement. It builds strength, flexibility, and endurance, while improving mental clarity and reducing stress. Yoga Kids Enhancing flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness, Kids Yoga fosters concentration, calmness, and a deeper connection with themselves and nature. Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment for private yoga classes must be made in advance to secure the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, payment is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Cancellation Policy You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
